The Ah is Ripl Music’s first instrument for Native Instruments’ Kontakt sampler. Made of 3 octaves of Misel Quitno’s voice, originally recorded and built by him for personal use, this pad-like sound is now available for all those who regularly go: «Ach, I wish Misel Quitno was here right now to fill up some of this frequency space with his aaah’s». We heard your voices, and we give you Misel’s.
Version 1.0 has no velocity layers yet. It comprises 35 straight and relatively smooth notes from Quitno’s delicate vocal chords, strained from an awful cough, with interesting nasal overtones, achieved by having a terrible flu.
Size: 62 MB | Recorded at 24 bits | File-format: .nki | Built in and for NI Kontakt version 5.0.3.
